History

The LET’S GO Foundation (Leading Entrepreneurs Towards Seizing Global Opportunities) was founded by Prof. Francisco “Jay” Bernardo III in 2001.

Prof. Bernardo has long been an advocate of entrepreneurship, believing that it is open to anybody, regardless of educational or social background. He pioneered the Employee to Entrepreneur (E2E) program, an educational program wherein employees could enhance their skills and capabilities in managing their own departments at work and eventually, allow them to look for unique opportunities to capitalize on and build their own business ventures. This program was instituted in several companies, and proceeded to win national awards such as the 2002 Personnel Program of the Year, awarded by the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines.

The overwhelming response and feedback for the E2E program soon prompted Prof. Bernardo to heed to his next calling in promoting his advocacy for entrepreneurship — the LET’S GO Foundation.
